If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly service fee based on actual downtime experienced. Maximum credit per month is 50% of monthly fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
